3K Run/Walk Liability Waiver

By participating in the Saint Michael Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church 3K Run/Walk, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I voluntarily participate in this event at my own risk.
2. I assume all risks associated with running/walking, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and traffic.
3. I release and hold harmless Saint Michael Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, its organizers, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation.
4. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event.
5. I grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

By registering, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver.
